(2) keep the system cleanliness
In the system circuit there are three parts should be arranged to remove impurities in the filter: pressure line, return line and suction line. The gear pump installed on the pressure line always produces some cavitation. Therefore, in the medium and low pressure system pressure on the pipeline, often installed various types of precision filters. Used to protect the precision hydraulic components or to prevent small holes, gap clogging. The filter installed should be able to withstand the working pressure and shock pressure on the oil line, the pressure drop should not exceed 0.035MPA, and should have bypass or block the state of the transmitter device to prevent the filter blockage caused by failure or damage to the filter. For systems with servo valves or proportional valves, always use high pressure filters regardless of pump type and pressure.
The coarse filter is usually mounted on the suction line of the pump and should be bypassed or blocked to prevent malfunction of the filter or damage to the filter. The inlet port must be submerged below the tank level to protect the pump As well as to prevent air from entering the system. The oiling capacity of this filter should be greater than twice the flow rate of the hydraulic pump, and must be regularly cleaned, the pressure difference shall not exceed 0.01 ~ 0.035Mpa.
The installation of a filter on the pressure line of a high pressure system requires that the filter element have sufficient strength to increase the size and weight of the filter. At this time, the filter can also be installed in the return line, the hydraulic components play an indirect role in the protection.
